Position title: Full Time Program Therapist
Department: Community Action Treatment Team (CAT Team)
Reports to: CAT Team Program Manager/Clinical Coordinator

Program Overview: The Community Action Treatment (CAT) Team is an intensive community-based program for youth that are at risk of out-of-home placement. A team of staff works with each family providing psychiatric treatment, individual and family therapy, case management, peer support and independent living coaching. The goals of the program include strengthening family and social supports, resolving underlying family conflict and increasing stability in the home, and preventing the need for out-of-home placement such as residential treatment.

1.Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or related field 
2.Bilingual preferred (English-Spanish)
3.2 years or more of direct therapy experience, preferably community based
4.Clinical License or Registered Intern eligibility required
5.Knowledge and experience implementing CBT
6.Federal background check approval
7.Valid Florida Driver’s License and insurance
8.Knowledge of community services
9.Evening and weekend availability required

Position summary:
Provides intensive community-based services to a caseload of 10-12 families throughout Broward County.
Delivers intensive family therapy and maintains at least twice weekly contact with each family.
Develops family-focused treatment plans, documents all contact with families including outreach attempts. Completes all required documentation in a timely manner.
Collaborates with case manager and other team members to meet the concrete needs of the clients and their families as well as to develop the discharge plan and make appropriate referrals.
Completes intake assessments as needed based on volume of referrals and program needs. Intake includes family functioning assessment and other performance measures.
Maintains open line of communication with referral source and other involved agencies.
Attends community meetings as a representative of the agency and the program.
Completes training and implements an Evidence-Based Treatment Model provided by the agency.
Consistently participates in group and individual supervision including staff meetings, case consultations and agency-required trainings.

We are seeking Targeted Case Managers to provide community-based Wraparound Case Management services. We welcome all inquiries from qualified individuals who want to be part of a passionate team of professionals. 
Implementation of the Wraparound Model
Coordination of Child and Family Teams
Linkage to community resources 
Meeting with the families face to face in the community i.e. court, schools, psychiatric hospitals, homes etc. for the purpose of coordinating services
Advocate for the family’s needs in the community while working with other community professionals.
Help empower families to become self-sufficient
Attend regular individual/group supervision and team meetings.
Maintain client files and program records, court reports, and develop reports as required.
Comply with HIPAA and Data Privacy Practices.
Positively represent agency, program and participant needs.
This position will require the ability to work outside of regular business hours, evenings and some weekends.
Maintain established standards for direct client contact.
Maintain client confidentiality according to established policies, federal and state statutes, as evidenced by obtaining needed releases of information and maintaining updated releases of information.
Provide complete documentation for services rendered within established time frames, including daily log, progress notes, assessments and case plans, and other required documentation.
Complete assigned paperwork in compliance with standards, including time sheets, mileage logs, leave requests, clients’ records, client appointments and management information system.
Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors/Masters of Arts or Science Major: Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Education, Criminal Justice, Business, Special/Health Education, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related human services field.
Preferred Experience: History of providing Targeted Case Management services. A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children. Wraparound Certified. SOAR Certified. CBHCM 
Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of public speaking required.
Must be highly motivated and self-directed.
Knowledgeable of community resources, service referrals and linkage.
Computer literate
Great time management and organizational skills 
Bilingual: Spanish, Creole, French, Portuguese

IN HOME THERAPIST, Outpatient Department- Trauma Focused Needed, Spanish Speaking Preferred
Seeking qualified, experienced clinicians to provide therapies of evidenced based models to families, youth, adults and co-occurring persons served in Broward County areas.

9.Ability to work with diverse groups and individuals
