Mental Health & Substance Abuse Outpatient Program
​Psychiatric Evaluation – a comprehensive evaluation that investigates the clients clinical status including the pesenting problem; the history of the present illness; previous psychiatric, physical, and medication history; relevant personal and family history; personal strengths and assets; and a mental status exam. This exam concludes with a summary of findings, diagnostic formulation, including prognosis and treatment recommendations. 

Medication Management – the review of relevant laboratory test results, prior pharmacological interventions, and current medication usage.  

Individual Therapy – the provision of therapy, supportive therapy, or counseling with a client individually. Must have Axis I diagnosis, and an identified level of function that does not necessitate a higher level of care.

Family Therapy - the provision of therapy, supportive therapy, or counseling with the client's family, and or the family and the client. Must have Axis I diagnosis, and an identified level of function that does not necessitate a higher level of care.

In Home Therapy (individual and family) - This intervention is designed to assist children who have complex needs and their families in an effort to prevent the need for a more intensive, restrictive behavioral health placement.
